Digitally printed poster on recycled and unbleached 300gsm paper.

The poster illustration was created by Pam Araújo, inspired by the 3 main European dye plants: woad (Isatis tinctoria), weld (Reseda luteola) and madder (Rubia tinctoria). The plants surrounding the image are the national plants of Ireland (shamrock), Northern Ireland (flax), England (rose), Scotland (thistle), Wales (daffodil) and the Isle of Man (cushag or ragwort), alluding to the name of the festival “Archipelago”. The festival aims to bring together colourworkers from the islands previously referred to as the “British Isles”. An archipelago is a group of islands.

There are only 25 prints available.

A3 size (29.7 cm x 42 cm)

The poster sales help fund the Archipelago Festival of Colour, which is a labour of love and doesn’t get any grants or government support. Thank you! ♡

✨ Please note: The posters can be collected during the 2025 Archipelago Festival of Colour or can be shipped worldwide ✨
