This gift card gives the receiver access to one of our open studio days. The open studio days are an opportunity to have some guided but non-instructional time in the Talú natural dye studio, with the option to try out three different colourmaking techniques. This is perfect for those who are curious about dipping their toes in the world of natural colour without the commitment of a structured workshop. This is also a great opportunity for experienced natural dyers to come and avail of the studio equipment for their own projects. Monthly dates available from March to October.

Each ticket includes:

  • Opportunity to try out three different colour making techniques, rotated every month:
    • One technique to apply on textiles
    • One technique to apply on paper
    • One random technique!

Children under 12 years of age are welcome and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Free for children under 6! Please bear in mind that this is a dye studio and it is located inside a working farm.

The Talú Studio is in Donard, Co. Wicklow. The ticket holder will receive the exact address after booking.
